Erickson Family Reunion

Family Reunions can be a bit stressful to photograph.  Especially when I don't know anyone's names.  I find myself yelling, "Hey you with the blue shirt."  Turns out half the people are in a blue shirt.  Such is life.  However, this might be the easiest family reunion photo session ever.  My type of family.  We took a bunch of shots of the big family and then did a few individual families. I also loved that we had enough time to get individual shots of the kids.  Such a great way to freeze this stage in their life. I have a few more individual families to finish up, but I'll be sharing them here soon!

Erickson Family

A family that laughs together, stays together, and these guys sure do laugh.  I've never met such fun kids who were up for family pictures.  They did exactly what was asked in such a fun way.  I'm so glad I had the opportunity to meet these guys.  By the way, they were extremely nice when my clumsy self fell over and scrapped my elbow up.

Baby Olivia

It seems like yesterday that me and baby Olivia's mom were playing the clarinet in the 6th grade band. I'm pretty sure we both quit after that year, but have shared countless memories since.  When I showed up at Alyse's parents it felt like I was picking her up for a High School football game.  Except someone left us with a baby to take care of.  I'm only joking, but I was so happy to take pictures of this cute girl.  I love her and her mom more than words can say!

Bryan Family

I love a family who is up for anything.  After it snowed nearly two feet, I text Kami to see if she still wanted to do pictures, she didn't even hesitate to say yes! We had to warm up a few times in the car, but otherwise it was the perfect day for a Christmas card photos. Hats off to the two toddlers who froze for the promise of french fries.
